Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) with a view to enhance the export worth chain (NRDC). The MoU was signed at APEDA’s head workplace in New Delhi by Secretary APEDA and NRDC CMD Commodore (Rtd) Amit Rastogi within the presence of APEDA Chairman Dr. M. Angamuthu, IAS.












The mandate of the MoU is to infuse and disseminate applied sciences within the areas of climate-resilient agriculture associated to zero carbon emission farming to provide residue/carbon-free meals for exports in collaboration with APEDA.

The MoU was signed with a view to leverage each organizations’ experience by collaborating to synergize actions within the curiosity of agriculture and allied sectors with a view to present higher worth to stakeholders. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed with a view to implement the Agri Export Policy and strengthen the export worth chain.

According to the MoU, each organizations will collaborate in collaborative tasks for the commercialization of embedded know-how associated to Agri and meals processing at varied ranges of the worth chain with a view to improve Agri product exports.
